UK customers

• Packages are sent by Royal Mail Tracked or Special Delivery
• Personal collection from our shop is also available

International customers

• All shipping is by Royal Mail International tracked airmail.

Returns and Refund Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us  within 30 days of purchase. 

If you need to return the goods a prepaid shipping label will be provided for UK buyers, international customers must pay for postage locally. A refund or exchange will be offered when we have received the returned item(s)

Goods returned by customer - faulty or not as described - 100% refund cost of goods + shipping charge + return shipping for non UK customers

Goods returned by customer for any other reason - full refund less - cost of goods only. 

Cancelled orders 

Order cancelled by us - full refund

Order cancelled by customer - at our discretion an admin charge (max.10%) will be deducted from refund
